Welcome to CAPS
Our mission is to prevent child abuse, value children and strengthen families in Elkhart County. Having a strong, loving family is key to a child’s performance in school, their ability to develop friendships, and to grow up to be a healthy adult. CAPS believes that by working with parents in our community we can equip them to give their children the best start possible.

Many thanks to the Lowe’s employees of the new County Road 6 store! Employees voted on CAPS as the community organization to receive a $1,000 gift for their grand opening.
